Hi, I'm Catalina.

I'm a certified menopause coach, ACSM-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and Director of Personal Training at a gym in Tucson, AZ. I hold a master's degree in psychology and a certification through Dr. Stacy Sims' Menopause 2.0 program. I've been in this industry for 12 years.

I built Softcore Detachment because the resources I needed — as a woman in my 40s navigating major life changes while still showing up fully for my clients every day — didn't exist. So I made them.
