🧺 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops or seasonal sales, processing may take an extra day or two—we’re small-batch and quality-obsessed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Domestic U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

Please ensure your address is correct—once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes.
📦 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
If you’ve purchased a pre-order or limited-edition item, estimated ship dates will be clearly noted on the product page. We’ll notify you of any updates or delays.
💔 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We wish we could personally hand-deliver every Softcore package, but once your order is in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours.
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged:

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
