At Softcore Detachment, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible—because empowerment looks better when it actually arrives on time. 💌


🧺 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During new drops or seasonal sales, processing may take an extra day or two—we’re small-batch and quality-obsessed.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Domestic U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

  • Please ensure your address is correct—once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes.


📦 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If you’ve purchased a pre-order or limited-edition item, estimated ship dates will be clearly noted on the product page. We’ll notify you of any updates or delays.


💔 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We wish we could personally hand-deliver every Softcore package, but once your order is in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours.
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  2. Then email us at support@softcoredetachment.com with your order number—we’ll help however we can.
